القيادة الإبداعية لدى جامعة الإستقلال وعلاقتها بالميزة التنافسية من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا فيها
The study aimed to identify creative leadership at Al-Istiqlal University and its relationship to competitive advantage from the point of view of its postgraduate students. The study used the descriptive correlational approach.The study sample consisted of (179) male and female students at Al-Istiqlal University in the city of Jericho, who were selected randomly by (101) male and (78) female students. The study tool that the researcher developed for this purpose was a questionnaire to measure the degree of creative leadership and its relationship to achieving competitive advantage, consisting of (45) items. The first part dealt with creative leadership in four areas: (authenticity, flexibility, problem solving, and fluency). It included (26) items, and the second part, competitive advantage, dealt with four areas: (reliance on technology, community service, scientific research, and human resources (university students)). It included (19) items and its validity and reliability were verified.The results of the study showed that there was a positive, direct relationship between creative leadership at Al-Istiqlal University and competitive advantage from the point of view of its postgraduate students. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample members due to the variable of specialization and year of study. In light of the results, the study recommended strengthening creative leadership among faculty members and administration, integrating creative thinking practices and innovative problem-solving skills into the work environment, investing in modern educational technology, establishing partnerships and cooperation with other educational institutions, and committing to continuous professional development for faculty members and administration.
