The study aimed to examine the correlation between moral judgment and both moral motivation and ethical behavior in the light of the moral identity of graduate students at the University of Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, the correlative descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (500) male and female graduate students at the University of Jordan for the first semester of the academic year 2021/2022, who were chosen by random stratified method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the study used the moral judgment scale for adults which used in Abed study (2014), and designing measures of: moral motivation, ethical behavior, and moral identity. The results of the study indicated that the degree of postgraduate students’ possession of moral judgment, moral motivation and moral identity at the University of Jordan was high, while the degree of their possession of ethical behavior was medium. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of moral judgment and moral motivation and moral identity among the study sample members are due to the variable of sex and it was in favor of females. There were no statistically significant differences in it due to the variable of college. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of ethical behavior among the members of the study sample due to gender or the college variable. The study results also indicated the existence of a statistically significant correlation between moral judgment, moral motivation and ethical behavior among graduate students at the University of Jordan. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between moral judgment and moral motivation and between moral judgment and moral behavior at different levels of moral identity. In addition, it showed that there were statistically significant differences between moral motivation and ethical behavior at different levels of moral identity. The differences came in favor of those with a high level of identity. (Published abstract)
