The study aimed to uncover the level of administrative creativity among secondary school principals in Zarqa Governorate and the obstacles to its implementation from their perspective. The descriptive approach was adopted to suit the study's purposes. To answer the three study questions, a questionnaire consisting of (41) items distributed across two domains was designed. The first domain measured the level of administrative creativity of secondary school principals, while the second domain revealed obstacles to its implementation. The tool was distributed to the study sample, which was selected purposively and consisted of (37) principals representing the study community as well. The results showed a high level of administrative creativity in secondary schools from the perspective of school principals in Zarqa Governorate. The results also indicated two types of obstacles to administrative creativity: material and logistical. The most prominent material obstacle was the lack of availability of material resources that assist principals in school administration effectively. The primary logistical obstacle appears to be the shortage of qualified administrative staff to assist the manager in their management. The results did not show statistically significant differences in the impact of study variables (gender, years of experience, Bachelor's degree specialization) on the level of administrative creativity and its obstacles. In light of these results, the researchers presented several relevant proposals. (Published abstract)
