The aim of the study was to assess the level of administrative operations management based on the maturity in decision-making among academic and administrative leaders. To achieve the study objectives, the researchers employed a descriptive-analytical methodology. The study sample consisted of 193 leaders. It was selected using a convenient sampling method. A scale comprising 30 items was utilized to identify the level of administrative operations management based on the maturity in decision-making among academic and administrative leaders. The researchers ensured the reliability and validity of the tool. The study yielded several significant results, with a notable finding indicating a high level of administrative operations management based on the maturity in decision-making among academic and administrative leaders. Furthermore, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study participants regarding the level of administrative operations management based on the maturity in decision-making, considering variables such as gender, job type, educational qualification, and years of experience. Based on the study's findings, key recommendations included the promotion of communication between academic and administrative leaders to ensure effective information exchange within the institution.
