The study aimed to identify the reality of the contribution of school principals in improving the level of female teachers' employment of Assistive Technology in teaching students with learning disabilities, The study followed the qualitative approach, and the tool was the semi-structured open-ended interview. The first is an intended sample from the study population, which consisted of (20) principals at the primary stage, while the second is the focus group, which consisted of (11) principals from multiple stages. There are different ways of contributing among them, and what is worth mentioning is the difference in the principals' opinions about the acceptance of learning disabilities teachers of Assistive Technology, but there is almost agreement on the necessity of Assistive Technology in facilitating the educational process for students with learning disabilities.
