فاعلية تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية الإلكترونية لتحسين مهارات إدارة التدريس الإلكتروني المتزامن لدى المعلمات بتعليمية ظفار في سلطنة عمان
The aim of the research is to know the effectiveness of applying electronic professional learning communities to improve the skills of managing the simultaneous electronic teaching of female teachers in Dhofar Education in the Sultanate of Oman, and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach and established an electronic professional learning community in the Microsoft Teams platform with a membership of a number of proficient female teachers in the field of concurrent teaching management to provide various methods and activities that support the teachers’ skills, the research sample to be carried out in a specific period during the second semester of 2020/2021. Two research tools were applied: 1) the observation card, "a supervisory visit form for the second field (math-science). 2) The questionnaire on an intended sample of (22) teachers. The results showed that the application of the e-professional learning community was effective in improving the managing simultaneous electronic teaching management skills of the female teachers in the research sample and has a role in the professional development and career development of female teachers. This was evident on Likert's scale, as it reached (4,1141). It revealed, also, by the high percentages of post evaluation in the note card items for female teachers’ performance. While the results of the (Oneway ANOVA) test did not reveal the existence of statistically significant differences due to the two research variables, namely: years of experience and academic qualification.
