The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based training program in reducing nomophobia and improving academic grit among students of the Faculty of Education. The research sample consisted of (64) male and female students from the second year of the Faculty of Education - Kafr El-Sheikh University, whose ages ranged between (19.31 and 19.81) years, with an average age of (19.56) years and a standard deviation of (±0.23) years. They were divided equally into two groups: an experimental group that received training on the dimensions of mindfulness and consisted of (32) male and female students, (16) males and (16) females, and a control group that did not receive training on the dimensions of mindfulness and consisted of (32) male and female students, (16) males and (16) females. The research tools included the mindfulness scale prepared by researchers, the nomophobia scale prepared by Mohamed (2022), the academic grit scale prepared by researchers, the mindfulness-based training program Prepared by the researchers, the research relied on the quasi-experimental approach, and using the (t) test to indicate the differences between the related and unrelated averages, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement on the nomophobia scale in favor of the control group and on the academic grit scale in favor of the experimental group, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurement on the nomophobia scale in favor of the pre-measurement and on the academic grit scale in favor of the post-measurement, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the experimental group in the post- and follow-up on the nomophobia scale in favor of the post-measurement and on the academic grit scale in favor of the follow-up measurement; which indicates that the training program based on mindfulness is effective in reducing nomophobia and improving academic grit among students of the college of education.
