The research aimed to prepare a proposed scenario for treating alternative perceptions of psychological concepts among female secondary school students in light of functional psychology. The research sample consisted of (30) female third-year secondary school students in Port Said Governorate. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach. The research tool was a test to diagnose alternative perceptions of psychological concepts (prepared by the researcher). The results showed the presence of a number of alternative perceptions of psychological concepts among third-year secondary school female students in psychology. The prevalence of alternative perceptions of psychological concepts was determined, and a list of related psychological concepts was prepared. The alternative perceptions among third-year secondary school female students, whose percentage ranged from (40 or more), and included forty-five (45) concepts, and in light of it, the proposed perception was reached to treat the alternative perceptions of psychological concepts among secondary school female students in the light of functional psychology.
