The study aimed to identify the degree of application of good governance standards at Al-Quds University from the point of view of its employees, in light of the study variables, namely: gender, job title, length of service at the university. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (40) items distributed over five fields was developed, and its validity and stability were verified. The study sample consisted of (100) Employees, The descriptive survey method was used in this study, The results showed that the degree of application of good governance standards at Al-Quds University from the point of view of its employees was average, as the arithmetic average of the tool as a whole was (2.48), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences from the degree of application of good governance standards at Al-Quds University from the point of view of its employees due to the variables of the study: Gender, job title, and length of service at the university. In light of these findings of the study, the researchers proposed a set of recommendations, including: The need to encourage the faculty and administrative staff at Al-Quds University to pay attention to the application of good governance standards in their university, by providing appropriate support.
