The study aimed to identify the relationship between mindfulness and quality of life among the members of the administrative body at Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University, and to reveal the differences between them according to demographic variables (number of years of experience, age, marital status, and educational qualification) in a sample of (640) female employees, who were selected from most of the university's colleges. To verify the hypotheses of the study, the mindfulness Scale and Quality of Life Scale were applied. The results of the study showed that the level of mindfulness and quality of life among the sample members was average, and that the prevalence of the mindfulness scale dimensions was as follows: 1) Firstly, the dimension of mindfulness. 2) Then attention. 3) And finally awareness. The results also showed a positive relationship between Mindfulness and quality of life. In addition to the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of mindfulness among the sample members according to demographic variables (marital status, educational qualification, age), and the absence of statistically significant differences in the variable of age and experience in the dimensions of the scale of mindfulness, except for the dimension of Mindfulness. As for the differences between the average quality of life scores and the demographic variables, most of them were significant, except for years of experience and educational qualification. The study also revealed significant differences between high and low mindfulness in the quality of life in favor of high mental alertness. (Published abstract)
