The study aimed to identify the reality of educational spending in the education of Rass Governorate, and to identify the requirements for improving educational spending in Rass education schools in the light of vision 2030, the qualitative approach was used, the study sample consisted of (15) individuals from Rass education employees, data was collected through personal interviews. The results of the study revealed that there is a fluctuation in the performance of educational spending and apprehension of an increase in educational spending in the future, and there is weakness in the regulation of educational spending and weak accountability in educational spending, and that there is a lack of innovation in educational spending and weak community participation in educational spending.
