The study aimed to know the challenges facing mentors of gifted students within enrichment programs from their point of view. The sample consisted of 50 gifted mentors in the Kingdom in a number of Al-Ahsa schools, using a questionnaire distributed electronically to the study sample. The study also used the descriptive approach. Analytical results concluded that there are many challenges facing mentors of gifted students related to the teacher, the curriculum, and the school, in addition to the home and the student advisor himself with regard to enrichment programs. The results also showed that there was no effect of any of the independent variables (years of experience, academic qualification, and training courses) on the dimensions of the challenges of providing guidance services to students with giftedness, and indicated that there were no differences in the opinions of counselors of gifted students about the challenges of providing guidance services to students with giftedness due to For the variables “type -type of school”, the study recommended the necessity of intensifying training courses to qualify counselors to deal with people with talent, reducing curricula, and intensifying cooperation between educational institutions and the family.
