The research aimed to Identify the conceptual framework of team work and Identify the analytical framework of secondary schools in Egypt and reaching the most important practices for building a productive team of secondary schools in Damietta to improve their participation in their surrounding community and reaching the requirements for building productive teamwork in Damietta secondary schools to improve their participation in their surrounding community. Methodology of the research: The research used the descriptive approach. Results of the research: The research concluded with requirements of making a productive team work at secondary schools in Damietta to improve its partnership at surrounding society through: 1) Adapt team management in secondary schools and providing all requirements to his success. 2) Holding training courses on management practices which encourage on adopting team management method and employ it to improve working methods and output. 3) Working on improving work climate in secondary schools in order to increase creative ability of workers and support education processes and various ideas exchanges. 4) Secondary schools management should be the role model for teamwork by encouragement, transparency in work evaluation to encourage the workers on giving, satisfaction and work belonging which make them feel like they're part of the school. 5) Encouraging the workers in secondary schools to inquire and investigate and participation in making decisions.
