The research aimed to develop classroom crisis management, reduce teaching anxiety among new science teachers and reduce the behavioral problems of their students, through a program based on reflective teaching, the research followed the descriptive analytical approach in constructing the program and designing the research tools which are the crisis management scale, classroom crisis management scale, teaching anxiety scale, and behavioral problems scale and the experimental approach in the application of the research, where a group of (60) new teachers were selected, divided into (30) teachers of the control group, and (30) teachers of the experimental group In addition to a group of 300 students, divided into 150 for the control group and (150) for the experimental group, and then apply the program which based on reflective teaching on the experimental group, then apply the measurement tools before and after experiment on the two research groups, the results showed a statistically difference between the average grades of novice science teachers in the experimental and control groups in the dimensional application of measurement tools in favour to the experimental group, and a statistically difference between the average grades of the students of the experimental groups and the control in the dimensional application of the behavioral problems scale. Which shows the effectiveness of the program based on based on reflective teaching in the development of classroom crisis management, reducing teaching anxiety among new science teachers and reducing behavioral problems among their students, the research recommended to pay attention to professional development of new teachers and train them to use their teaching practices and help them with self-professional development, and convert the training program into a training package for in-service teachers.
