The study investigated the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and the development of competitive advantage in private schools in Jeddah from the perspective of female teachers and educational supervisors. It also examined differences in responses due to job title, academic qualification, years of experience, and number of training courses. Using a descriptive correlational survey approach, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 346 female teachers and 28 female educational supervisors. Results indicated that entrepreneurial leadership practices among school principals were significant, with an average score of 3.85. Creativity ranked highest, followed by future vision, foreseeable risk, and initiative. Competitive advantage levels were also high, averaging 3.78, with responsiveness leading, followed by service/leadership excellence and quality. No significant differences were found due to job title or academic qualification, but differences existed between experience and number of training courses. A positive, significant correlation (0.947) was found between entrepreneurial leadership and competitive advantage. (Author’s abstract)
