The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in developing the values of citizenship (belonging, loyalty, justice and equality) in international schools in the city of Jeddah from the point of view of teachers and student counselors at the secondary stage, and to identify statistically significant differences in the degree of study members’ appreciation of the role of school administrations in international schools in Jeddah. In developing citizenship values, the variables (profession - academic qualification - number of years of experience) are attributed to the variables. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. The study tool was included in the questionnaire and was applied to (81) teachers and counselors from international schools in the secondary stage, who were chosen randomly. The results of the study found that there were very positive trends among teachers and student counselors in international schools in the city of Jeddah, towards the role of school administration in developing the values of Citizenship. The results also showed that there were no differences between teachers’ responses and counselors’ responses in each axis of the study related to the values of citizenship (belonging - loyalty - justice and equality) due to profession, academic qualification, and years of experience. The study recommends the need for education offices to pay attention to directing school leaders towards interest the values of belonging, loyalty, justice and equality within the school. Educational departments also provide workshops and training courses for school leaders on developing the values of citizenship among school workers. (Author’s abstract)
