This study aimed at identifying the obstacles that face female educational leaders in primary and middle public Quran memorization schools. To realize this purpose the study the study adopted quantitative descriptive- analytical research design and utilized the survey (questionnaire) as a research tool to collect data from the entire target population of 36 female educational leaders in primary and middle public schools for Quran memorization. Findings of this study revealed that female educational leaders face different kinds of obstacles at a moderate level with mean of 2.94; whereby the obstacles related to school equipment ranked the highest (3.25), followed by obstacles related to the local community and parents (3.01), then obstacles related to teachers (2.77), and the obstacles related to students ranked the lowest (2.74). The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is to prioritize professional development of teachers in Quran memorization schools and allocate appropriate funds to implement these programs as well as teaching activities to enhance the teaching quality.
