دراسة مقارنة في التمكين النفسي من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية في مدينة الموصل

The aim is to identify psychological empowerment and the levels of its dimensions among physical education teachers in the city of Mosul. The researchers used the descriptive survey method, and the research sample consisted of (169) physical education teachers. The researchers used the psychological empowerment scale prepared by (Naguib, 2018), as the scale consisted of (38) items distributed on (6) dimensions, which are (strategic planning, academic competencies, job satisfaction, financial capabilities, human and social relations, time management) and by ( 8, 6, 7, 6, 6, 5) items, respectively, and the questionnaire items were answered according to five alternatives (to a very large degree, to a large degree, to a moderate degree, to a low degree, to a very little degree). The data were processed statistically using the percentage, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), the Cro-Nabach alpha equation and the Jutman equation using the statistical program (spss) in data analysis. psychological and its dimensions (strategic planning, academic competencies, job satisfaction, financial capabilities, human and social relations, time management).
