تأثير تمرينات خاصة بأسلوبي المتدرج الإعتيادي والعصف الذهني في تعلم الأداء الفني والمستوى الرقمي في فعالية رمي الرمح للمبتدئين بأعمار (13-14) سنة
The objective of the research is to study the use of special exercises in my methods (usual graded and brainstorming) in learning artistic performance and achieving the effectiveness of javelin throwing for beginners at ages (13-19) years, and emphasizing which of the two methods are preferable (usual graded and brainstorming in learning artistic performance and accomplishing the effectiveness of javelin throwing for beginners). The researcher used special exercises according to the experimental program for its suitability to the research problem and the research sample consisted of (30) female students of the second grade Shura Intermediate School for the academic year (2021-2022), divided into two groups of (15) student for each group, as well as a number of physical and kinetic fitness components. A pre-test for technical performance and achievement was conducted. The first experimental group used the usual gradual method from the partial method in the teaching methods method, while the second group used the brainstorming method, and the implementation of the educational program which took (8) weeks at a rate of (2) educational units per week. The time of the educational unit was (45) minutes, that is, the time of the physical education lesson for the intermediate stage, and after the completion of the implementation of the program, the post-test was conducted. Then the data was collected and processed statistically using the statistical program (spss), so the use of exercises from the content of the two programs (the usual graded method of the partial method and the brainstorming method) used by the research sample had an effective role in learning the technical performance and the achievement of the effectiveness of javelin throwing among the sample members, where the superiority was for the experimental group that used the brainstorming method on the first group that used the usual gradual method from the partial method in learning the technical performance and achievement of the effectiveness of javelin throwing among the sample.
