علاقة الارتباط الوظيفي والدعم التنظيمي المدرك بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة
The study aimed to identify the level of professional engagement among secondary school teachers, their level of awareness of the perceived organizational support provided to them and the level of their job performance, to identify the predictive relationship between professional engagement and organizational support perceived by job performance, and to study the impact of demographic variables(seniority, age, gender) on professional engagement, perceived organizational support, and job performance interact with each other. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted, and the data were collected using three questionnaires ; a questionnaire of perceived organizational support, and a questionnaire for professional engagement, and job performance questionnaire, and after verifying the validity of the tools by calculating the validity and reliability, the questionnaires were applied to the basic study sample, which is estimated at (314) of teachers from secondary schools in Ouargla city. After taking into account the assumptions through the SPSS program and SMART PLS4 program, the following results were attained: Higher education professors have a level of professional engagement. The emergence of the level of awareness of organizational support among higher education teachers. And that there is a level of job performance among teachers of higher education. The study concluded that the job performance of secondary education teachers can be predicted through their professional engagement and their perception of organizational support. There is an effect of the dimensions of professional engagement (dedication and absorption) on the job performance of secondary education teachers in the city of Ouargla, while there is no effect of the dimension of vitality on job performance. -6The study found that there are no differences in the level of professional engagement according to (seniority, age, gender) And the interaction between them. There are no differences in the level of perceived organizational support according to (seniority, age, gender) interacting with each other, while there are differences in perceived organizational support according to the age variable. There are no differences in the level of job performance depending on (seniority, age, gender) and the interaction between them. (Author’s abstract)
