واقع أداء إدارة المدارس الثانوية الفنية بشمال سيناء في ضوء المنظمة المتعلمة
The research aims to identify the theoretical reality of technical high school management in Egypt, and to reveal and diagnose the reality of technical secondary school management in North Sinai Governorate in light of the learning organization. The researcher used a questionnaire directed to teachers in technical education schools in North Sinai. The results of the study showed that technical secondary school management was shortcoming in focusing on enhancing the culture of dialogue among employees and providing opportunities for constructive dialogue, encouraging teamwork, training programs that meet the training needs of employees, distributing work, holding periodic meetings, and clarifying its vision, mission, and school goals to its employees.
