المعتقدات الخطأ المرتبطة بالصحة الإنجابية لدى طلاب جامعة العريش : دراسة تقويمية
The study aimed to identify and determine the prevalence of misconceptions related to reproductive health among Arish University students, and to provide a proposed framework to correct these misconceptions. To achieve this, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and a scale for measuring beliefs associated with reproductive health was constructed, consisting of two parts: cognitive and affective. The scale was applied to (N=378) male and female students from various colleges at Arish University, including both scientific and literary colleges. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to derive the results, utilizing the SPSS V.17 software. The study yielded several results, including: the existence of common misconceptions related to reproductive health among Arish University students by ≥ 10%, and that the level of awareness of Al-Arish University students of the cognitive aspect of reproductive health topics ≤ the hypothetical limit 70%, while their level in the affective aspect equals the hypothetical limit 70%. The study presented a proposed curriculum design aimed at correcting common misconceptions related to reproductive health among university students. (Published abstract)
