The objective of the current research is to identify the problems faced by female leaders in kindergartens in Jeddah from the point of view of leaders in these schools. In order to achieve this objective, the researcher followed the quantitative approach And in particular the descriptive analytical approach, where the researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool, and applied to the research sample of the leaders of kindergartens schools in Jeddah and their counts is "27" The results of the research found that the problems facing leaders in kindergarten schools in Jeddah are arranged according to the directions of the study members as follows: The problems related to teachers are (3.80), the problems related to the curriculum are (3.77), followed by the problems related to construction and school equipment by (3.65), followed by problems related to female students by (3.64), and then problems related to society Domestic ratio of (3.59), then the problems related to educational devices and means by (3.55), and finally the problems related to electronic application by(3.21), and agreed with the study (Tabanjat, 2016), There were differences shown between the teachers' and teachers' assessments of the problems facing the kindergartens and the teachers' advice. The results showed that the problems related to the teachers were higher and the rest of the fields are of average grade (AlHarahesha and others, 2013). (Author’s abstract)
