The study aimed to identify the intellectual frameworks for the role of knowledge management in educational institutions, to identify the theoretical foundations of the trends of digital transformation in the management of educational institutions, and to reveal the reality of the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of secondary education teachers in Egypt theoretically and on the ground. The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to apply it to a sample of principals and teachers in some secondary schools in Egypt. (Published abstract)
