The research aimed to identify the reality of university governance Malaysia and the study identified the elements of university governance in universities represented in, (origin and development, university governance: concept, goals, principles, system, structures, obstacles, and ways to improve them. Factors and forces affecting university governance). The comparative study used the Peridian approach to interview these elements in the comparison countries to find out the similarities and differences and explain them in the light of cultural factors. Through the results of the comparative study, the study presented a proposed vision to activate the role of university governance in Egypt. (Published abstract)
