التوجهات الموضوعية والمنهجية في أبحاث القيادة التحويلية التربوية المنشورة في الدوريات العربية خلال الفترة (1999-2022)
The study aimed to identify the thematic and methodological trends in published research on educational transformational leadership in Arabic journals during the period (1999-2022). The study employed a bibliometric approach to achieve its objectives. The study population and sample consisted of all research published digitally in Mandumah and available in the Saudi Digital Library, totaling (147) studies. The study tool was a content analysis. The results showed that studies on educational transformational leadership addressed (45) research areas. The highest area after transformational leadership was empowerment, followed by decision-making, then academic leadership and job satisfaction. Most of the research focused on general education, with (46) studies, followed by higher education with (31) studies, and most of them concentrated on public education, totaling (122) studies. The majority of the research communities were teachers, with (41) studies, followed by school principals with (33) studies, and then faculty members with (24) studies. Most of the research employed the analytical descriptive method, with (51) studies, followed by the descriptive method with (38) studies, with the majority being quantitative research. The study recommended the need for studying administration fields, government, e-services, educational supervision and academic guidance. (Published abstract)
