The aim of the research is to determine the type of relationship between organizational agility and the quality of administrative performance among academic leaders at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University, as perceived by female faculty members. In addition to determining the significance of differences in faculty members' estimates of the degree of organizational agility and the quality of administrative performance that are attributed to variables (college, academic rank, and years of experience). The author used the descriptive approach, and the research sample consisted of (346) faculty members at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University, and a questionnaire remained to collect information. The paper found a positive correlation between organizational agility and the quality of administrative performance among academic leaders at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University, as perceived by female faculty members. There are differences in the faculty members' estimates of the degree of organizational agility and the quality of administrative performance due to variables (academic results, and years of experience), and there are no differences attributed to the type of college variable. Faculty members also agreed to improve the quality of administrative performance by practicing organizational agility among academic leaders at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University with high grades. The author recommends educating the academic leaders at the university about the importance of organizational agility, in addition to allocating part of the university budget to support the programs and activities of the quality of administrative performance.
