The study aimed to identify the degree to which principals of private secondary schools in Amman practiced leadership with love from their point of view. To achieve the aim of the study, the researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. The study sample consisted of (200) male and female principals from private secondary schools in Amman who were selected by a simple random method. A questionnaire was developed that consisted of (20) items, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study concluded that the degree to which private secondary school principals in Amman practice leadership with love is high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree to which private secondary school principals practice leadership. With love is attributed to gender and experience, and there were statistically significant differences in leadership with love due to academic qualification in favor of postgraduate studies qualification. In light of the results, the study recommends that the Ministry of Education adopt the topic of leadership with love and include it in the training courses offered to school principals.
