The study aimed to prepare an enrichment program based on successful intelligence theory on developing motivation among gifted students with learning disabilities. The study used quasi- experimental design (one group pretest-posttest design). The tools of the study include raven standard matrices test, Motivation scale (prepared by researcher), enrichment program based on Successful Intelligence theory (prepared by researcher). The training program was implemented through (30) sessions (three sessions per week). And the results are: there a statistically significant difference between the averages scores among the members of sample group before and after the application of the program on the scale of motivation, and there were no significant differences between the averages scores among members of sample group after the implementation of the program and follow-up on the scale of motivation.
