The study aimed to propose educational administrative policies to enhance leadership ethics in educational institutions. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical-synthetic methodology was used. The concept of leadership ethics, its importance, the ethical behaviors that should be available in educational institutions and the unethical behaviors that should be avoided among employees in educational institutions were illustrated and explained. In light of this, educational administrative policies were proposed to enhance leadership ethics in educational institutions. The most important of which were: selecting educational leaders and preparing programs to train them in the field of work ethics. Recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: working to enhance the concept of educational leadership ethics by all available means, conducting more studies and research in the field of leadership ethics.
