ممارسة القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في فلسطين
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing servant leadership by public school principals in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view. The researcher distributed a questionnaire to (140) male and female teachers from the South Hebron Education Directorate. The study concluded that the degree of practicing servant leadership by public school principals in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view was high, as the total score was (3.76). The domain of (humility) obtained the highest level with an mean of (3.84), followed by the domain of (altruism) with a mean of (3.78), followed by the domain of (empowerment) with a mean of (3.76), followed by the domain of (administrative organization) with a mean of (3.73), and the lowest level was the domain of (love) with a mean of (3.71). The results showed that there were no differences in the significant of the degree of practicing servant leadership by public school principals in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers' point of view according to the variables of years of experience and academic qualification, while there were differences according to gender variable and in favor of males.
