إتجاهات معلمي المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا في فلسطين نحو برنامج "المهام التعلمية" في ظروف الطوارئ

The study aimed at finding out the level of attitudes of teachers in the lower basic stage in the schools of Palestinian Ministry of Education toward the learning tasks program which implemented for learning during the emergency conditions. The integrated descriptive-analytical approach was used. The sample consisted of (132) teachers, and interviews were conducted with (10) teachers. The results indicated that the teachers' attitudes towards this program were positive. This means that the program achieves benefits that contribute to improve students' self-learning and enhancing continuous communication with parents in the event of prevailing emergency. The results of the individual interviews with teachers also indicated that continuous educational advisory, and technical support from the Palestinian Ministry of Education is important for moving forward with the program. The Teachers' recommendations were summarized as follows: raising awareness among parents, simplifying and facilitating procedures and tasks, and encouraging and motivating students. The study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: involving teachers in ongoing training courses, especially those with more years of experience, related to the tasks program and self-learning, and continuing the ongoing guidance and conseling to teachers.
