دور الممارسات الإشرافية الإلكترونية في التنمية المهنية لمعلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في الأردن في ضوء متطلبات التعلم الذكي
The study aimed to identify the role of electronic supervisory practices in the professional development of teachers of the first three grades in Jordan in light of the requirements of smart learning. The study sample consisted of (244) teachers from the first three grades in public schools. The results of the study showed that the role of electronic supervisory practices in the professional development of teachers of the first three grades in Jordan in light of the requirements of smart learning in Jordan came to a medium degree, and that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between the arithmetic means of the role of electronic supervisory practices in the professional development of teachers of the first three grades and their fields attributed to variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience). In light of the findings, the study recommended the need for transforming educational institutions into smart institutions and establishing a smart environment to keep pace with the changes of the times; by increasing the budget allocated for expanding the infrastructure of digital education and electronic supervision.
