درجة توافر مهارات قيادة التغيير لدى القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية العامة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات
The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of change leadership skills among academic leaders in Jordanian public universities and its relationship to some variables. The study used the descriptive survey methodology. The sample was chosen by random cluster method. It included (368) Faculty members in the Jordanian public universities. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (44) items distributed over five domains whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The results showed that the degree of availability of change leadership skills among academic leaders in public Jordanian universities was medium. There were no statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) for the domains of the total degree of availability of change leadership skills among academic leaders in public Jordanian universities due to the variable of specialization, However, such differences were detected in the university variable in favor of the University of Jordan and the academic rank favoring Professor.
