أثر برنامج تدريبي مستند إلى التعلم الاجتماعي العاطفي والفاعلية الذاتية التدريسية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر
The study aimed to reveal the effect of a training program based on social- emotional learning to improve teaching self efficacy among elementary school teachers in the Green Line. The study subjects were selected by the intentional method from male and female teachers of the elementary school within the Green Line for the year 2022/2023. They were (40) male and female teachers, who were randomly distributed into two experimental and control groups, with (20) male and female teachers in each group. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the means of the post-measurement of all dimensions of teaching self-efficacy in favor of the experimental group. And there was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the study sample on the teaching self-efficacy scale in the post-test, and their mean scores in the follow-up test one month after the end of the program.
