The study aimed to evaluate the topics of certification exams in geography for the third year of lower-middle school, preparatory through the frames of reference and Teachers' opinions, and to achieve the objectives of the study we adopted the technique of content analysis of these certification exams according to their frames of reference, in addition to a field form as a tool directed to a sample of teachers of social science subjects in the Rabat district, in order to know their opinions on the frames of reference, certification exams and evaluation questions for this subject. The study finally reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of frame-of-reference controls in the exams in question, whether at the level of form, questions, content, or marking. As for the content aspect, it is difficult to apply the terms of reference controls, especially with regard to the allocation schedule, as it is not possible to provide the various specific percentages for attending the content areas in one test situation in which the candidates are tested.
