درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر لأبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بتعزيز الولاء الوظيفي للمعلمين
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the dimensions of organizational culture by school principals within the green line and the level of teachers’ loyalty in those schools, and to reveal the correlation between the practicing of the dimensions of organizational culture and teachers’ loyalty. The descriptive correlational approach was used, the questionnaires were used for data collection after ensuring their validity and reliability, and the study available sample consisted of (200) teachers. The results showed that the degree of practicing the dimensions of organizational culture by school principals within the green line was high and the level of teachers’ loyalty was high. The results also showed an existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between the practicing of the dimensions of organizational culture and teachers’ loyalty.
