The study aimed to identify the degree to which secondary school principals within the Green Line practice servant leadership. The descriptive survey methodology was used and a questionnaire consisting of (24) Paragraph distributed on four domains was developed for data collection, as it was applied to a simple random sample consisted of (370) principals and teachers after verifying its validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of principals' practice of servant leadership was high, an absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, and job title), and a presence of statistically significant differences due to the variable (experience) in favor of the category "5 to less than 10 years". in light of the results, the study recommended that decision makers to keep training and qualifying the school principals on modern leadership methods, including servant leadership.
