فاعلية برنامج قائم على استراتيجيات إلماعات السياق في علاج صعوبات الفهم القرائي لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها
This research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a program based on contextual cues strategies in addressing reading comprehension difficulties among non-native Arabic learners. It also sought to identify these difficulties and develop a targeted program utilizing contextual cues strategies to address them. Using a quasi-experimental design with a single group, the study involved creating several tools: a list of reading comprehension difficulties, a program tailored to contextual cues strategies, and a reading comprehension difficulties test. After confirming the reliability and validity of the tools, the program was implemented on a sample of 13 fourth-level students at the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers at King Abdulaziz University. Statistical methods such as Cronbach's alpha, Eta squared (η²), frequency analysis, percentages, and the Paired-Sample T-Test were employed. The study identified three primary reading comprehension difficulties and demonstrated the program's effectiveness, showing a statistically significant improvement at the 0.01 level in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. Based on these findings, recommendations and proposals for future research and practice were provided. (Published abstract)
