The study aimed to identify the degree to which the organizational material used the descriptive method in its survey style, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study. It was applied to the study community consisting of faculty members at King Khalid University, numbering (164 faculty members). The researcher designed an electronic link to the questionnaire, where the number of responses that were reached was (121) responses (74%). The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: (1) the degree of achieving the total requirements from the point of view of the faculty members at the College of Education at King Khalid University was at a level of (somewhat achieved), as the weighted arithmetic mean for the total axes reached (3.21) with a standard deviation of (0.52), which indicates a low fulfillment of the requirements for international scientific publishing of educational research at King Khalid University, and the need to make more efforts to improve the reality .It showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) or less, for the total of the second axis: material requirements, and the total of the third axis: human requirements.
