This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing time management among English language teachers in basic private schools in the Capital Governorate, and its relationship to their organizational loyalty. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisted of two parts, the first part included (34) items for time management, and the second part included (19) items for organizational loyalty. A random sample of (346) male and female teachers was selected. The results of the study showed that English language teachers in private schools practice time management at a large extent, and that organizational loyalty was high. Also, the results revealed a high positive correlation between the degree time management practice by English language teachers in private schools and their organizational loyalty.
