معوقات تحويل المدارس الفلسطينية إلى مدارس منتجة وآليات مقترحة لحلها

This study aimed to identify the obstacles to transform Palestinian public schools into productive schools from the point of view of school principals and teachers. The researchers selected a purposive sample of school principals, numbering (30) male and female principals and male and female teachers. The study used a qualitative methodology, and the results of the study showed several obstacles to achieve transformation, including administrative, educational, political, societal, material, and infrastructure obstacles. In light of this, the study recommended Implementing administrative reforms, including administrative empowerment of educational and administrative staff, development of rehabilitation and training programs, and improvement of the professional and social status of teachers, educational reforms by changing the philosophy of education by focusing on creativity, innovation, problem solving, and project-based learning, and organizational reforms represented by employing governance programs, providing financial and material support to Palestinian schools, and regulating legislation. For the functioning of productive schools, developing curricula, and strengthening community partnerships. (Published abstract)
