مستوى رأس المال النفسي وعلاقته بالكفاءة المهنية المدركة لدى المرشدين التربويين في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة الزرقاء الأولى
The study aimed to identify the level of psychological capital and its relationship to perceived professional competence among educational counselors in the first Zarqa district. To achieve the aims of the study a sample from educational counselors in the first Zarqa district was chosen by simple random sample which consisted of (150) male and female counselors. The two scales were developed: the psychological capital scale and professional competence scale, and then their psychometric properties were verified. The results of the study concluded that there was a high level of psychological capital and professional competence among educational counselors, and there was a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of psychological capital and the total degree and between the dimensions of perceived professional competence and the total degree, and there was no difference in the relationship between psychological capital and professional competence according to the variables: gender, years of experience, and academic degree. Based on the results of the study some recommendations were made, including; benefiting from the results of the study by the Ministry of Education and Jordanian universities by publishing their results, to enhance psychological capital and the perceived professional competence of counselors.
