درجة ممارسة مهارات الريادة القيادية وعلاقتها بالابتكار التنظيمي لدى القادة في جامعة آل البيت
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing leadership skills and its relationship to organizational innovation among leaders at Al al-Bayt University. A stratified random sample was selected, consisting of (273) individuals, and used the descriptive correlational survey Methodology, and used a questionnaire consisting of two axes, the first consisting of (30) items to measure leadership skills are divided into four domains: (achievement, exclusivity, initiative, and risk). The second axis consisted of (20) items to measure organizational innovation, divided into three domains: (administrative innovation, knowledge innovation, and innovation in the work environment). Its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study reached the following results: The degree of practicing leadership skills among leaders at Al al-Bayt University. Came to a medium degree in all domains. The level of organizational innovation was medium in all domains. The results indicated that there was a positive, direct, statistically significant correlation between the degree of practicing leadership skills and the level of organizational innovation.
