تصور مقترح لتطبيق التسريع الأكاديمي في مصر على ضوء بعض التجارب التعليمية الرائدة
The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for the application of academic acceleration in Egypt by taking advantage of contemporary educational literature and some leading educational experiences in the application of academic acceleration such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the United States of America. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study dealt with the current situation and the mechanisms of discovering talented students in Egypt paying attention to their education and the current programs used for teaching and educating them, and the most important shortcomings that prevent the application and effective employment of academic acceleration programs in Egypt. The study reached a set of proposals that enhance the proposed vision of the current study, the most important of which are: the formulation of a specific and clear strategy in which all parties concerned with the application of academic acceleration participate, with each party specifying its tasks, roles and the time period necessary to perform each task, reducing the total dependence on government funding and shifting towards community, local and self-financing sources of the school to implement academic acceleration in schools, such as inviting educational institutions supporting the application of academic acceleration in Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia or foreign countries such as the United States of America to provide financial assistance to schools in the form of loans, grants or missions for talented people or teachers.
