الحاجات التدريبية لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم الدامج في تربية لواء ماركا من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين
This study aimed to identify the training needs of the teachers of inclusive education schools in the education of the Marka district from the point of view of the educational supervisors. On three areas, after verifying its validity and stability, and applying it to the study sample consisting of (49) supervisors from the department of educational supervision in the directorate of education of Marka district, which were chosen intentionally, in the first semester of the year 2021/2022, where the study tool was distributed from through social networking sites on the study sample via electronic questionnaire. Among the most prominent results of the study: that all the training needs of teachers in the specialized, educational and personal fields of teachers of inclusive education schools from the point of view of educational supervisor have obtained average degrees, and the total average of needs reached (3.51), which is an average of a medium degree, and the training needs have obtained for teachers in the personal field with the highest score with an arithmetic average of a medium score of (3.61), followed by the training needs of teachers in the specialized field with an arithmetic average of a medium score of (3.50), and finally the training needs of teachers in the educational field with an arithmetic average of an average score of (3.42). And there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) in the training needs of teachers of inclusive education schools in the education of the Marka district from the point of view of educational supervisors, due to the variable of gender, educational qualification, and experience. The study recommended the necessity of providing courses and materials for teachers who are not prepared to apply inclusion, involving teachers in in-service training in special education, and building a proposed vision for a training program that meets the training needs of teachers of inclusive education schools, in light of the research results in the specialized, educational and personal fields.
