The aim of the research is to identify the degree of practice of the leadership of the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Yemen for administrative responsibilities in light of the Quranic culture from the point of view of the employees of the Ministry's General Office. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method as it is the most appropriate in achieving the objectives of the research, and the research tool was the questionnaire, which was applied to a random stratified sample consisting of (186) individuals, who are sector agents, general managers, department managers and department heads, and statistical processing was done using the (SPSS) program. The results of the research revealed that: The degree of practice of administrative responsibilities by the leaders of the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Yemen in light of the Quranic culture from the point of view of the employees of the Ministry’s General Office in general was (average) with an arithmetic mean (2.69), while the practice of planning was (average) with an arithmetic mean (2.84), the practice of organization was average with an arithmetic mean (2.71), the practice of guidance was average with an arithmetic mean (2.71), and the practice of control and inspection was low with an arithmetic mean (2.49), The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) or less between the averages of the sample’s answers attributed to demographic variables. The researcher recommended: In light of the research results, holding training workshops to develop educational leaders on how to apply administrative responsibilities with a Quranic vision, implementing transparent control standards and a mechanism to correct errors before they occur, a mechanism to encourage and motivate workers to be creative and innovative, dealing with workers with justice and objectivity, establishing a mechanism to select and appoint workers in the ministry and reformulating internal regulations with a Quranic vision, and establishing a mechanism to involve workers in developing the ministry’s plans and training in the skill of wise planning.
