This study aimed to identify ways to invest intellectual capital in promoting the knowledge economy at Umm Al-Qura University from the point of view of faculty members. The researcher used the quantitative method due to its suitability to the nature of the study community. The community for this study, and the original community for the study, consists of all faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University. Due to the large size of the community, the researcher identified an intentional sample of faculty members who are interested in the economics of education. This was confirmed by identifying their specializations and research interests through the Umm Al-Qura University website. A sample of (158) faculty members from Umm Al-Qura University was reached. The researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect data.The results concluded that the axis of “Ways of investing human capital in promoting the knowledge economy at Umm Al-Qura University” came at a high level, and the axis of “Ways of investing structural capital in promoting the knowledge economy at Umm Al-Qura University” came at a high level, and ways of investing relational capital in promoting Knowledge Economy at Umm Al-Qura University" came Encouraging human capital at Umm Al-Qura University to organize and participate in scientific seminars and conferences.
