مستوى الأداء الإداري لرؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في جامعة اليرموك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها
The study aimed to identify the level of administrative performance of heads of academic departments at Yarmouk University from the point of view of its faculty members. The sample of the study consisted of (381) faculty members selected in a simple random method. and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire with four areas used to measure the level of performance of heads of academic departments, which consisted of (25) items. and the researcher used the method of descriptive link. The results of the study showed that the level of performance of the heads of academic departments at Yarmouk University from the point of view of its faculty members was moderate. and the results showed statistically significant differences attributable to the impact of sex and came in favor of males. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the study variables (academic rank, college). (Published abstract)
