The study aimed at a proposal to achieve institutional excellence in government schools in Jeddah (boys - girls), and to develop a proposed vision to achieve this goal descriptive approach to suit the purposes of the study, and he built a questionnaire to identify the achievement of institutional excellence in government schools in Jeddah Governorate (boys - girls), and the study tools were applied to directors, agents, educational supervisors, teachers and teachers in government schools in Jeddah Governorate, Where the study population consisted of (70) of the target group of the study, and statistical tests were used, through the test of arithmetic averages and standard deviations to know the achievement of institutional excellence in government schools. The results showed that the achievement of institutional excellence in public schools came with an arithmetic average and the ability of (3.8), and the results showed that there is an impact of institutional excellence on academic achievement with an arithmetic average of (4), with a value of (71.5%), and showed the impact of school leadership in achieving institutional excellence with an arithmetic average of (3.7) value (84.9%), and the study recommended the development of clear strategic plans based on the proposals submitted, with the involvement of all concerned parties to ensure compatibility and effective application. It also recommended directing school leaders towards setting goals linking institutional excellence plans and improving students' academic achievement, and promoting leadership practices that directly contribute to achieving institutional excellence based on the coefficient of determination (84.9%).
